Our Commitment to the Community
At A1 Health and Wellness & Top Shelf Studio, we believe in the power of connection and the importance of contributing to the growth and well-being of our small-town communities. As a locally owned business, we are deeply rooted in the area, and we strive to make a difference by actively participating in and supporting local initiatives, causes, and events.
How We Get Involved
- Volunteering: Our team regularly participates in local volunteer opportunities, from charity drives to helping at community events. We believe in giving our time and energy to causes that matter.
- Supporting Local Organizations: Whether it’s through donations or partnerships, we collaborate with local organizations to foster a stronger, more vibrant community.
- Hosting Events: We host and sponsor events that bring our community together for a common goal and/or purpose.

Murray’s Miles – an annual event held in Exeter, ON by the Insley Family to raise awareness and funds for esophageal cancer. We are the only event in Canada that focuses on this specific type of cancer. Thus far, we have raised over $130,000 towards innovative research and treatment options at the London Health Sciences Centre. Our annual Murray’s Miles event takes place in late September and attracts participants from across Ontario. If you wish to join our fight against this lethal disease, please contact Nicole Insley directly at insleystrong@gmail.com.
Blue Shirt Day – an annual event we host in June of each year in partnership with our local hospice, Jessica’s House. This event raises much-needed funds and awareness for our local hospice, a beautiful place our community is lucky to have. If you wish to participate in our event as an individual and/or business, please contact us directly at a1chiro@hay.net.
Our 2025 event details will be released shortly.
Why It Matters
Being involved in the community isn’t just about doing business—it’s about building lasting relationships and creating positive change. We believe that when businesses contribute to their community, everyone benefits. It’s not only about giving back, but about growing together, fostering a sense of pride, and supporting one another.
Stay tuned for our Community Empowerment Program launching in March 2025.
