Whether you’re approaching menopause, in the midst of it, or have moved beyond it, our program is designed to alleviate symptoms and enhance your overall well-being.

Led by doctors and kinesiologists, Menolution focuses on reactivating and strengthening muscles that may have been neglected or underutilized. We achieve this through a comprehensive regimen of breath work, pelvic floor exercises, core strengthening, and targeted muscle conditioning, empowering you to embrace menopause with grace.

Our program effectively addresses common menopausal issues such as diastasis recti, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic and low back pain, stiffness, and muscle weakness. By incorporating these exercises into your routine, you’ll experience improved muscle tone, enhanced flexibility, reduced discomfort and increased confidence to return to the activities you enjoy doing.

What You Can Expect:

Our 50-minute classes include breath work, core and pelvic floor exercises, as well as upper and lower body functional movements for comprehensive total body conditioning.

When You Can Join:

Our programs span 4 weeks, with sessions held twice a week, totaling 8 sessions per program. Upcoming start dates for Level I and Level II programs at our Exeter and Lucan clinics are as follows:

Level I Start Dates:

  • Exeter – September 16th
  • Lucan – September 17th

Level II Start Dates:

  •   Exeter – August 12th
  •   Lucan – August 13th
