Courtney graduated with a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Western, Ontario in London in 2022, Courtney also holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Memorial University. Growing up she participated in competitive activities such as soccer and dance, she is currently staying active by strength training and keeping up with her dog Toby. 

This has greatly influenced her approach to physiotherapy. Courtney understands the importance of staying healthy and active. Her own commitment to fitness influences her practice, where her primary goal is to help individuals of all ages recover from injury and regain their ability to engage in the activities they love.

Courtney’s approach to physiotherapy is centered around patient care, ensuring each individual receives personalized treatment tailored to their unique needs. Grounded in evidence-based practice, Courtney utilizes a variety of techniques including manual therapy, acupuncture, and tailored exercise programs to promote healing and improve functional outcomes.

Furthermore, Courtney has completed additional courses including Concussion Rehab Works Management, enhancing her ability to address and manage head injuries and related symptoms, such as dizziness and concussions. She is actively completing her pelvic health certification, thus far having completed level I and able to address issues such as incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
